The Red Cabin is a century-old hunting lodge from 1908, kept simple and authentic while upgraded for practical winter use. Guests normally arrive the day before the first hide session. The guide brings guests from the farm to the Red Cabin and hide area on arrival, so there is time to see the practical setup and prepare food, clothing and camera equipment close to the photography area.

Inside the Red Cabin
Warm, rural and practical between hide sessions
This is not hotel accommodation. It is a quiet cabin for photographers who want to stay close to the hides, cook simple meals, dry clothing, organise equipment and rest between long winter sessions.
